Right of cancellation

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel this contract without giving reasons within a fourteen-day cancellation period that begins on the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (you cannot nominate the carrier) take(s) receipt of the goods.

All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded. If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated above or without a packing slip, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

In order to exercise your revocation right, you must inform us (Friese Media GmbH, Elke Klinger, Pützlachstr. 11, 51061 Köln, E-Mail address: sales@travelcolours.de) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent via post or email).

You can use the enclosed specimen revocation form for this, which however is not mandatory:

– Ordered on (*)/ received on (*)

– Name of the consumer(s)

– Address of the consumer(s)

– Signature of the consumer(s) (only in case of a notification on paper)

– Date I

n order to safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of cancellation


We will issue a refund for the purchase price within 30 days. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.

We reserve the right to refuse repayment until such time as we have taken receipt of the returned goods or until such time as you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods (whichever is the earlier point in time). You are required to return the goods to us without delay and within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. You will be deemed to have complied with the aforementioned returns period if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs for returning the products.
