From June 10-16, Bronx Bodega Basel invites you to Herzog & de Meuron’s landmark along the Rhine Riviera for an immersive culinary experience during Art Basel 2024. Organized by creative agency Villa Nomad, Bronx Bodega Basel brings a taste of New York to Switzerland. This dynamic pop-up restaurant immerses visitors in a vibrant fusion of culture and culinary wonders. Dive into a culinary adventure featuring Turkish-inspired dishes by Elif Oskan, Bavarian specialties by Markus Stöckle, and the authentic flavors from New York’s own Ghetto Gastro.
The experience is further enhanced with captivating NFT art projections and immersive installations, offering a sensory journey like no other.

We Are Ona
In a groundbreaking collaboration with Art Basel, We Are Ona presents an exquisite fusion of fine dining, art, and design from June 9-16 at Filter4, a former municipal water tank in Basel. Led by Japanese Chef Sayaka Sawaguchi and French artist Pierre Marie, this culinary experience promises to tantalize the senses, blending gastronomy with contemporary art.
Chef Sawaguchi, a recipient of the Green Michelin star, will curate a tasting menu focusing on the seasonality and freshness of vegetables. Her approach respects the natural flavors and textures of the ingredients, cooking them minimally to preserve their essence. As an official partner of Art Basel, We Are Ona adds a new dimension to the art fair, creating memorable moments that transcend the boundaries of taste and aesthetics.
